even bigger, Warner is dwarfed, and somewhere in between Sony will try to
survive, most likely thanks to its expanded music publishing division.

mapping of the music industry after the decision made by Citi to sell EMI's
recorded music division to Universal Music Group and its parent Vivendi, and

Universal Music Group offered remedy to alleviate European Commission’s concerns over the acquisition of Downtown Music

Universal Music Group has addressed concerns regarding the proposed $775 million acquisition of independent music company Downtown Music by offering an unspecified remedy to the European Commission.
