Luminate shuts down radio airplay monitoring system BDS and seals an agreement with iHeartMedia’s Mediabase

Luminate, the data and analytics joint venture between MRC and Penske Media, is shutting down its airplay monitoring data service BDSradio in the US and Canada, and has announced a partnership with Mediabase, the airplay monitoring company owned by iHeartMedia via its affiliate RCS.

BMAT acquires Manage Ad Music to provide performance royalty admin services

Data management company BMAT Music Innovators has acquired Manage Ad Music (MAM) a company specialising in the collection of music royalties founded by Nan Wilson in 2000 (pictured, left).
