The Minister of Canadian Heritage Pascale St-Onge has appointed Nathalie Théberge as Vice-Chairperson of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), the broadcasting and telco regulator. She takes over from Alicia Barin who left the organisation earlier this year.

Independent music company Position Music has acquired a portion of the publishing catalogue of French artist, DJ and producer Gesaffelstein, a.k.a. Mike Levy. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
