Tech companies’ first reports to comply with India’s IT Rules hailed as ‘big step towards transparency’

Berlin-based music software company Native Instruments Gmbh has entered into preliminary insolvency proceedings in Germany, according to a report from CDM, which disclosed that a preliminary insolvency administrator, Torsten Martini, has been appointed to oversee the company's restructuring.
