France’s SNEP won’t publish half-year market figures; blames Believe for not providing data

French trade body SNEP disclosed that it would not publish, as it is normally the case, the recorded music market's figures for the first half of the year, due to the unavailability of data from one of the country's largest label and distributor Believe.

peermusic has acquired the music publishing catalogue of Canadian artist and songwriter Corey Hart. The new acquisition deal encompasses the publishing copyrights for Hart’s entire music catalogue consisting of over 200 songs. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IDOL’s Labelcamp signs deal to manage Republic of Music’s digital supply chain

Independent sales, marketing and distribution company Republic of Music has signed a digital supply agreement with distribution management platform Labelcamp.
