Sony Music Group has acquired Bruce Springsteen’s entire recorded music and songwriting catalogues through separate agreements. The news that the Springsteen catalogues were falling under Sony Music’s ownership was first disclosed by Billboard, which estimated that Sony paid over $500 million for the rights to the songs and the recordings.
