Librarian of Congress Carla Hayden has reappointed Judge David R. Strickler as Copyright Royalty Judge for another six-year term. Strickler was appointed to the position in May 2013 by then-Librarian James H. Billington. In 2016, Hayden reappointed Strickler to a six-year term.
