France’s recorded music market enjoyed double digit growth in 2021 to €861 million

With revenues of €861 million, the French recorded music market enjoyed a growth rate of 14.3% in 2021, the first double digit growth rate in 20 years, according to figures released by trade organisation SNEP. Canadian independent music company Nettwerk Music Group, supported by music assets society Create Music Group, has disclosed that it has entered into a definitive agreement to complete a management buyout from its existing investors.
