Nielsen agrees to a $16 billion acquisition

A private equity consortium led by Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation, an affiliate of Elliott Investment Management, and Brookfield Business Partners have acquired audience measurement, data and analytics company Nielsen Holdings, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $16 billion.
