One Media iP launches music sync platform Syncphonix as a subscription service

The UK-based Syncphonix, part of One Media iP Group, has announced the launch of its new music synchronisation service, which will operate on an annual subscription model.

Syncphonix said that the platform had been designed “to simplify the way music is licensed and cleared for use in retail and live events, film, TV, gaming, web design, and music education across schools and universities.”

German entertainment and media group Bertelsmann has picked Thomas Coesfeld to succeed Hartwig Masuch as CEO of music division BMG, effective January 1, 2024.
