Jacques Levy estate’s claim against Bob Dylan dismissed by New York appeals court

The Appellate Division in New York has dismissed the claim from the Estate of Jacques Levy, who worked with Bob Dylan on the lyrics to the songs recorded in 1976's album 'Desire', that he was entitled to a share of the sale of Dylan's publishing catalogue to Universal Music Publishing Group.
