Warner Chappell Music UK promotes Andrew Howell to VP of Sync

Andrew Howell has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Sync at Warner Chappell Music UK (WCM UK). In his new role, effective June 1, Howell will continue to report to Rich Robinson, EVP and Global Head of Sync, WCM, and Shani Gonzales, Managing Director of WCM UK and Head of International A&R at WCM.

South Korea’s KOMCA prepares to host CISAC’s May 30 General Assembly

CEOs, creators and staff from more than 72 societies and collective management organisations from around the world will gather on May 30 in Seoul for the General Assembly of CISAC, the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers.

The meeting is hosted by South Korea's music authors’ society Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA) and coincides with the 60th anniversary celebrations of KOMCA, which holds a seat on the CISAC Board.
