Utopia acquires distributor Cinram Novum

Utopia Distribution Services, a British company fully owned by Swiss-based music fintech company Utopia Music, said it has agreed to acquire Cinram Novum’s distribution and warehousing business, as well as certain assets, in a pre-pack administration deal.
