The Artistic Recognition for Talented Students Act or ARTS Act, a legislation introduced by US Senators Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Patrick Leahy (D-VT) and by Rep. Hakeem Jeffries [D-NY-8] in the House of Representatives, has been signed into law by President Joe Biden.
