Sony Music appoints Rachel Chernoff to the new role of SVP of Data Science & Analytics

Sony Music Entertainment (SME) has appointed Rachel Chernoff to the newly created position of Senior Vice President of Data Science & Analytics.

Based in New York, she reports to Dennis Kooker, President of Global Digital Business (GDB) at SME. DDEX signs liaison agreement with A2IM to help advance DDEX standard adoption

DDEX, the international standards-setting organisation, has signed a liaison agreement with the American Association of Independent Music (A2IM) which recognises their "shared interests in identifiers, metadata, and efficient music industry workflows."
