Jaxsta acquires social network Vampr

Australian music credits data company Jaxsta has executed a Heads of Agreement to acquire music industry social network Vampr, Terms of the deal were not disclosed. "This acquisition provides an accelerated implementation of Jaxsta’s growth strategy," said Jaxta in a statement. Josh Simons, Founder and CEO of Vampr, will join Jaxsta as Chief Strategy Officer to oversee the merge of Jaxsta’s product portfolio.
