Live365 seals blanket licensing agreement for Global Music Rights’ repertoire

Internet radio stations platform Live365 has signed a licensing deal with boutique US performance rights society Global Music Rights, which will provide any Live365 broadcaster access to a blanket license that will allow them to be on a royalty-included plan to stream music across GMR's 81,000-song repertoire. British neighbouring rights society PPL has generated revenues in 2025 up 4.75% year-on-year to £315.3 million (€362.0m). Growth in 2025 was driven by "a strong international performance and stable income across public performance, broadcast and online licensing in the UK."
