Copyright Royalty Board delivers initial determination on the 2018-2022 rates as part of the Phonorecords III proceedings

The three judges at the Copyright Royalty Board have finally issued their initial written determination following the remand and appeal of the royalty rates setting for the period 2018-2022, known as Phonorecords III proceedings.
