SABAM’s 2022 collections were up 23% to €163.1m with live music still recovering

Brussels-based multi-repertoire rights society SABAM has distributed €115.1 million in 2022 to authors, composers and publishers, up +6% compares to the previous year. During the year, revenues grew 23% to €163.1m, thanks to strong gains in online rights and streaming, while the live sector still lags behind pre-Covid levels.

Four new Directors have been appointed to the Members' Council of PRS for Music during the British rights society's 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in London June 4.

SPPF expresses interest in joining the new partnership between ADAMI and SCPP
