Cyrille Bolloré resigns from Universal Music Group’s Board of Directors

Euronext Amsterdam-listed music company Universal Music Group N.V. has announced that Non-Executive Director Cyrille Bolloré has notified on July 28 the company of his decision to resign from UMG's Board of Directors with immediate effect.
