British creative industry calls on the government to ‘urgently’ discuss the issue of intellectual property exhaustion

A wide coalition of all creative sectors in the UK — via the Alliance for Intellectual Property — have sent a letter to policy-makers asking for a cross sector meeting "urgently" to discuss the Government's IP proposed plans to change the country's Intellectual Property exhaustion rules.

FTC and 17 states file competition lawsuit against Amazon for dominant position
