WIN’s annual report highlights the value of the independent music sector with a 40% share of the global recorded music market

Canal+’s offer for SA’s MultiChoice considered ‘fair and reasonable’

MultiChoice has concluded that the offer made by Vivendi-owned media group Canal+ to acquire the shares it does not already own in the South African pay TV service was "fair and reasonable," according to an independent board review made by MultiChoice and Standard Bank.
