Disney to acquire a 33% share in Hulu from Comcast’s NBCUniversal for $8.61 billion

The Walt Disney Company plans to spend $8.61 billion to acquire the 33% stake in video streaming service Hulu currently held by Comcast Corp.’s division NBCUniversal. Disney already owns the reminder of the shares in Hulu.

NASDAQ-listed ndependent music company Reservoir Media has signed a new global publishing agreement with singer-songwriter Wrabel, in a deal that includes his future works.

Based in Los Angeles, Wrabel began his career co-writing songs by pop and rock artists such as Teddy Swims, Kesha, P!nk, Ellie Goulding, Adam Lambert, and Phillip Phillips, as well as EDM artists Kygo and Marshmello, among others.
