Independent publishing company Prescription Songs has signed up-and-coming singer and songwriter Charli to a global publishing deal.

Muse Group acquires Hal Leonard with funding from Francisco Partners

Sheet music and educational publisher Hal Leonard has been acquired by Muse Group, in a transaction supported by investment from Francisco Partners, an investor in music technology and content companies, in an agreement that will keep the Hal Leonard name and legacy active.
