Believe acquires White Hill Music’s Punjabi music catalogue and its YouTube channels

Euronext Paris-listed music company Believe has acquired the Punjabi music catalogue of White Hill Music (WHM), following a long-term partnership between Believe and WHM, an Indian music and film production studio.

Canal+’s offer for SA’s MultiChoice considered ‘fair and reasonable’

MultiChoice has concluded that the offer made by Vivendi-owned media group Canal+ to acquire the shares it does not already own in the South African pay TV service was "fair and reasonable," according to an independent board review made by MultiChoice and Standard Bank.
