Spotify promotes Federica Tremolada to General Manager for Europe

Federica Tremolada has been promoted to General Manager, Europe at Spotify. She was since March 2019 Managing Director for Southern and Eastern Europe.

European Commission has ‘very serious’ issues about ‘non-compliant’ Apple

The European Commission's head of competition Margrethe Vestager warned Apple aboiut its alleged non compliance with European Union law regarding the functioning of the Apple App Store.

Speaking on CNBC, Vestager said the European Commission — which has been looking into the workings of the Apple store, alongside Meta and Alphabet as part of a probe — has concerns about Apple's compliance with the Digital Markets Act, the online regulation adopted last year by the EU.
