Metadata platform Noctil opens an Offshore Development Centre (ODC) in India

Metadata platform Noctil has launched an Offshore Development Centre (ODC) in Kochi, India populated with a team of eight staff, which add to the four team members already active in the USA.
Noctil said the ODC will enable the company "to enhance its global reach with round-the-clock productivity and a diverse talent pool." The additional team will "help accelerate project timelines while delivering cost-effective solutions for the company’s rights holder, publisher and administrator clients."
