Gee Davy appointed CEO of the UK’s AIM

The UK's Association of Independent Music (AIM) has appointed Gee Davy as its new Chief Executive at the organisation's 2024 annual general meeting held at London’s Institute of Contemporary Arts. Davy joined AIM as Head of Legal and Business Affairs in 2017. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2020, before stepping up as interim CEO in April this year, following the departure of Silvia Montello. Believe Music Publishing has signed Swedish artist and songwriter Loreen to a worldwide publishing deal. The agreement will see Believe represent Loreen new album, 'Wildfire', which was released on March 27. The new album’s first single, 'Feels Like Heaven', was written by Loreen alongside Sia and produced by Jesse Shatkin.
