Independent music publisher Kobalt and Berlin-based umn Entertainment have partnered to acquire the publishing and writers’ rights to the catalogue of German songwriters Peter Plate and Ulf Leo Sommer.

Kobalt signs partnership with Nigerian company Inner Circle Publishing

Independent music publisher Kobalt has signed a new deal with Nigerian publishing company Inner Circle Publishing (INCP). Details of the agreement were not disclosed.
Kobalt said the agreement marks "a significant move in expanding Kobalt’s footprint within the African music market." Inner Circle Publishing was co-founded by Caleb Oyolola and Promise Dennis earlier this year.
