Reservoir Media revenue up 5% to $45.6m in Q3 2026; Publishing up 12% to $30.1m

NASDAQ-listed independent music company Reservoir Media posted revenue of $45.6 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 ended December 31, 2025, up 5% organically, or 8% including acquisitions year-over-year. Operating income grew 8% y-o-y to $10.3m for the quarter. Music Publishing revenue in the third quarter was up 12% to $30.1m, up from $26.9m in previous fiscal year's third quarter, thanks to a 42% increase in Performance revenue to $6.2m, "driven by the strong results from hit songs"...
