​Poland’s STOART and SoundExchange sign reciprocal agreements

​Poland’s collective management organisation for performers STOART has signed a multilateral agreement with US neighbouring rights society SoundExchange and the AFM & SAG-AFTRA Intellectual Property Rights Distribution Fund.
The reciprocal deal will ensure that performers get the royalties they are owed when their music is played across borders. For over 30 years, STOART has collected royalties on behalf of performers when their music is performed on radio, TV and in public spaces.

Elton John, Paul McCartney and Thom Yorke challenge PRS for Music’s admin rates
