Spotify inks multi-year direct licensing deal with Kobalt covering the US market

Spotify has entered into a direct, multi-year licensing agreement with independent music publishing company Kobalt, in a deal designed "to deliver greater flexibility, efficiency, value, and protections to songwriters in the US."
