Creative coalition calls for ‘a music sector-specific approach’ at European level

Mexico’s Supreme Court finds fully AI-generated works do not qualify for authorship and copyright protection

Mexico’s Second Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJN) has ruled that authorship of creative works belongs solely to humans and works generated exclusively by AI cannot be registered under the country’s copyright regime.
