Radio France and indie labels’ rights society SPPF reach agreement on the use of live music recordings

French public broadcaster Radio France and neighbouring rights society for indie labels SPPF have agreed to a groundbreaking framework agreement covering the concerts organised and/or broadcast by the radio group.
Radio France organises, records and broadcasts more than 500 live concerts each year in all music genres. The concerts are either organised and produced in-house or by a third party, whether in the broadcasters' own studios and auditoriums or at festivals.
