Sony Group is reportedly planning to unveil a new that can be used to identify the underlying music used in AI-generated tracks, according to a report from Nikkei Asia. The technology, which will use "neural fingerprinting,” will be able to determine the share of existing copyrighted songs that have been used in works that have been generated by AI-powered models.
