SACEM drops its administration fee applied to online rights to 7% in 2026

France's rights society SACEM has disclosed that it will be applying a lower commission rate of 7% to online rights in 2026, down from 8% two years ago. Creative Industries News understand that SACEM's admin rate for online royalties has dropped by three percentage points in 10 years. In 2016, the rate was of 10%. IMRO expands partnership with Audoo

The Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO) has expanded its partnership with technology provider Audoo, which has developed an audio tracking technology allowing to capture music played in public spaces.
