Bob Dylan sued by the widow of Jacques Levy over the sale of his catalogue

EU Court of Justice gives final win to producer Moses Pelham in his dispute with Kraftwerk over a two-second sample

A two-decade long legal case is finally coming to a conclusion, courtesy of the European Court of Justice.
