Boutique music rights company MusicBird has acquired the master royalty income from Scottish musician Dougie Thomson, bassist of British band Supertramp. Guillaume Damerval, the Managing Director of France's neighbouring rights society SPEDIDAM, has announced that he will step down from his position, effective immediately, after ten years with the organisation.
