Comedian Nick Di Paolo sues Pandora for copyright infringement

Actor and comedian Nick Di Paolo has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit in the District Court for the Central District of California against Pandora, in which he accuses the streaming service of failing to have a license to play his works. "Pandora's failure to obtain the necessary licenses for the Works of pay royalties, but nonetheless infringe by exploiting the Works, has been willful," reads the lawsuit. EU Court of Justice gives final win to producer Moses Pelham in his dispute with Kraftwerk over a two-second sample

A two-decade long legal case is finally coming to a conclusion, courtesy of the European Court of Justice.
