Warner Music France acquires a majority stake in talent agency Les Visiteurs Du Soir

Warner Music France-owned live entertainment and concert production company Décibels Productions has acquired a majority stake in talent agency Les Visiteurs Du Soir, founded and managed by Olivier Gluzman since 1992. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Morgane Production, the audiovisual production company and festival organiser, which first invested in Les Visiteurs Du Soir in 2011, will remain a shareholder in the agency.

Investment firm HarbourView Equity Partners has reached an agreement with the Estate of the late US composer, producer and performer Quincy Jones, in a deal that includes Jones' recorded music and publishing assets, as well as other ancillary rights, including his participation in 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air', which was produced by Jones.
