DJ Daddy Trance signs recording deal with UMG’s Capitol Records in partnership with Goodlife Management and MC3

German DJ/producer Marlon Hoffstadt – a.k. DJ Daddy Trance – has signed a global recording agreement with Universal Music Group's Capitol Records in partnership with media company Goodlife Management and MC3. Berlin-based Hoffstadt is managed by Invisible Hand Agency.

Primary Wave Music and Brookfield raise $2.225 billion through IP Fund 4

Independent publisher and music assets management firm Primary Wave Music, in partnership with Brookfield Asset Management, have closed Primary Wave Music IP Fund 4, which received total commitments of $2.225 billion. IP Fund 4 was backed by an investor base that includes insurance companies, pension funds, endowments, and large family offices. It's the fourth consecutive oversubscribed Primary Wave Fund.
