SPEDIDAM announces the departure of Managing Director Guillaume Damerval

Guillaume Damerval, the Managing Director of France's neighbouring rights society SPEDIDAM, has announced that he will step down from his position, effective immediately, after ten years with the organisation. Seeker Music acquires Nu Shooz’s recordings and publishing catalogues

Independent music company Seeker Music has acquired the recordings and publishing catalogues of ‘80s synthpop group Nu Shooz, in an agreement with the band's John Smith and Valerie Day. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The band was formed in Portland, Oregon, by guitarist John Smith and vocalist and percussionist Valerie Day.
