US recorded music revenue posted a record high of $11.5 billion, up 3.1% over the previous year, according to figures from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). BPI figures show British recorded music market grew 5% year-on-year to £1.57bn

The UK recorded music market generated £1.57 billion in annual revenue in 2025, up 5.0% year-on-year, marking the 11 consecutive years of growth, according to the latest figured published by trade organisation the BPI.
