Blackstone and Concord in competition to buy Hipgnosis Songs Fund

Within a week, London-listed music assets company Hipgnosis Songs Fund (HSF) has been the object of two offers — the first one was from music company Concord at $1.4 billion and the second by investment firm Blackstone at $1.5bn. Yung Gravy signs new global recordings agreement with BMG
