Independent publisher and music asset management company Primary Wave Music has invested in the publishing and recording catalogues of Mick Jones, the founder, guitarist and lead songwriter of rock band Foreigner. BMG acquires remaining interests in the song catalogues of Hal David, John Lee Hooker and ARC Music

BMG has acquired the remaining interests in the song catalogues of lyricist Hal David, blues legend John Lee Hooker (pictured, above) and Chess Records' publishing unit ARC Music.
