Facebook joins France’s system to protect audiovisual works against online piracy

Facebook has partnered with France's anti-piracy watchdog ALPA (Association de Lutte contre la Piraterie Audiovisuelle - Association for the Fight against Audiovisual Piracy) to support the French system of protection against audiovisual piracy.

peermusic has acquired the music publishing catalogue of Canadian artist and songwriter Corey Hart. The new acquisition deal encompasses the publishing copyrights for Hart’s entire music catalogue consisting of over 200 songs. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IDOL’s Labelcamp signs deal to manage Republic of Music’s digital supply chain
