UMG-owned Hyperion Records’ catalogue finally available for streaming

Recordings from classical label Hyperion Records will be distributed for the first time to music streaming services this summer. A first batch of 200 albums were made available for streaming on July 28. The label's full catalogue of over 2,000 recordings will be fully available to streaming services by spring 2024. The UK's Society of Authors (SoA) has launched the Human Authored scheme to help consumers identify works written by humans.
