Global recording industry organisation IFPI, working with local law enforcement in Vietnam, has secured the closure of stream ripping service Y2mate.com, alongside 11 other stream ripping sites.
Users who try to access the site are welcomed by the following message: "This site has been shutdown for copyright infringement. Stream-ripping sites that turn licensed streams into free downloads are illegal."
