Library of Congress picks 25 recordings to add to the National Recording Registry

The Library of Congress has unveiled the 25 recordings that will join the 700+ items in the National Recording Registry, which identifies "audio treasures worthy of preservation for all time based on their cultural, historical or aesthetic importance in the nation’s recorded sound heritage." BMG acquires publishing interests in Australian rock band Jet’s catalogue

BMG has acquired publishing interests in the catalogue of Australian rock band Jet, in a transaction that covers the publishing interests of three of the four original Jet members, including Nic Cester, Cam Muncey and Mark Wilson.
