Singer-songwriter Ben Goldsmith has signed a recording deal with Sony Music Nashville, a representation agreement with agency UTA and an exclusive, global publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group. Goldsmith, fresh from graduating from high school, will release his debut album 'Flowers In Your Hair' on September 22. Investment firm HarbourView Equity Partners has reached an agreement with the Estate of the late US composer, producer and performer Quincy Jones, in a deal that includes Jones' recorded music and publishing assets, as well as other ancillary rights, including his participation in 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air', which was produced by Jones.
